Return Policy
We hope you are thrilled with your purchase from Valentine Rouge, but in the event that you are not completely enamoured, please return the item within 14 days of receipt, and a refund or exchange (less the original cost of shipping) will be issued provided the purchase is returned in its original packaging, in its original, unaltered condition, with all tags still attached. Items not in their original condition or showing signs of obvious wear will not be eligible for credit or exchange.
A refund or exchange (less the original cost of shipping) will be issued upon our receipt of the returned item in the manner for which the item was paid. Valentine Rouge will notify you by email as soon as a refund or exchange has been issued. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Kindly note, Valentine Rouge Online only accepts returns or exchanges made online and does not accept returns or exchanges which were purchased in retail stores. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.

For cancellation notices, please email valentinerouge.com@gmail.com within 24 hours of time of original order in order to avoid additional fees or charges.
Return on Sales Items
Sale items may be returned for merchandise credit only. Valentine Rouge will notify you by email when your merchandise credit has been issued.
