    All in stock jewellery items normally ship in 1 to 3 days from time of order. An order confirmation will be provided promptly at time of purchase. Should you require your jewellery sooner, we will make every effort to full fill your deadline to the best or our ability.


    Custom Orders

    Please email all custom order requests to jenna@valentinerouge.com We will do our best to accommodate your custom design. Please note additional fees may apply and all custom order placements are final sale.


    Payment

    We accept all major credit cards; PayPal and Sezzle. You will receive confirmation inclusive of taxes and shipping once your order is received. All prices are in Canadian dollars.  HST will be applied to all Canadian orders. Please see SHIPPING INFO for more information.

Valentine Rouge Jewellery is committed to providing our customer a lifetime warranty.  We will repair or replace any pieces we deem to have been defective as a result of the manufacturing process at no additional cost to you.
